normally, you'd need to get hands on a beta-key. They were everywhere in the internet a few month ago. Right now, beeing in second phase with only 4 days left, there won't be any around anymore. Initally, Blizzard gave out a ton of Beta-Keys via "Opt-In", where you uploaded you PC-Specs to your Battle.net-Profile and hoped for them to choose you. Also, there were a lot of competitions out there by fan-sites and so on with the option to win a beta-key. And you could have preordered the game via amazon, gamestop etc. and they gave out beta-keys. But as far as i know, no more keys out there (wouldn't make to much sense to start right now, anyways).....
