    Srangest gamer habit ever.

Everybody does it. Link, Marcus Phoenix, Banjo, everybody rolls!

Seriously, most of the time it adds nothing to the speed you move at. Still, everybody does it. Why?

Because it helps me get a start into roadie running so I can go get the Gnasher/Frag Grenades.

That picture meshes with your sig all to well.

As far as it goes, in GoW, or any other TPS, it's a evasive technique. It's easier to shoot a guy standing up then a guy curled in a ball.

Not just that, I also do it while just running around in places with no enemies, for no real reason.

Just roll all the time in Zelda as well. It just is as if everything goes faster that way. Like clicking your pen constantly in class to make time pass. Reall a weird habit lots of people have. Also: jumping for no reason, just cuz you can? Gamers have weird a weird std collection. :p

Reloading habits are messed up sometimes more than necessary.

Okay yeah, reload when you can but...

FEAR 2. I drop behind a pillar, three guys are in the room with me.

I pop out, take three shots with my pistol. Three.

    And reload.

    While still peeking out.

I often waste ammo just to have a perfect amount of clips.

IE I have an SMG with a 45 round clip. I have 93 extra rounds. I'll shoot the wall three time and reload, just to have 45/90 shots.

It passes time i guess, i also jump around. Some weird OCD thing.

I have a habit of not reloading while low if an enemy is near, so i don't miss a good opportunity while doing so, i tend to kill with the exact last shot in a clip this way though...

If it doesn't help you in any way, it's to add variety to running.
