Ugh stupid Blizzard does NOT cater to the way I play. I'm not even done with the original game yet! And now I have to deal with a THIRD expansion?! This game is a chore more than anything.
I personally hated WoW. The game is not fun, and the second "M" part of MMO. It should instead be called a MSORPG (Massive Singleplayer Online). You can't find people to quest with, and if your questing with a group of friends you you didn't sign in at the earliest hour in the day.. they will leave you behind. There is no sharing of XP and if your in the same party you get penalized for being in party?! WTF screw that. I don't want to hear @#$! about how you need to start raiding to enjoy the game or how I didn't give the game a far shot. I spent 3 months playing the game back in 2007 and only managed level 31. I don't mind it being hard to level, but not being able to find a party, and the fact that the game has a lousy travel system... screw it. Wish I had broadband, I'd reactivate my City of Heroes account, a game I actually enjoy playing. Might be easy to get to lvl 50 but there is lots of lvl 50+ content (game is finally being uncapped to lvl 60), Role Playing, and most importantly, a game that rewards you for going back and "maling down" your character to help out others on lower level missions. Sidekicking is also awesome. I hope this game continues to improve itself as it has been lately.
