    As we all know, Jon is going to the Blizzard headquarter in Irvine on March 10th. His going to have a tour around Blizzard and have a chance to talk to the SC2 representatives.
    Lets help make a list of questions that Jon could bring to ask. I will start things of.

    1. Knowing that all 3 races are almost down, will we be seeing SC2 beta relatively soon?

    2. Have you ever thought a new unique ability for Zerg? (e.g. Warp-in for Protoss)

    3. Was the shield battery removed because professional players didn't use them which led to the conclusion that it is useless on a professional level?

    Sorry if there's already an answer for this.

    What happens to the Lurker now that Terran have a Jackal which seems similar if not better than a Lurker?

    Will we ever see the creatures Zerg obtained DNA from? It would be nice to compare the Zergs to the originals.

    Do static defenses still detect, or are new detection structures in place for all races?

    Will the Predator make a comeback or is a new AtA fighter being developed?

    What of the Thor?

    Will it still be possible to effectivly air stack?

    Will abilities which have little effect on certain units be unable to target them? e.g. Would it be possible to Snipe a Tank?

    Who will the beta be available too and how could we go about getting a copy?

    What benifits you more, releasing information slowly of a certain unit/building then analyzing feedback on every aspect which is commented on, or giving the whole thing straight up and gathering feed back while the community can see the whole unit/building?

    Sorry if we can only have one question, I'll edit if so.

    Q12. How powerful is the Banshee now? is it useful enough to get rid of a large amount of enemy units?

    I seem to remember someone saying that they're useless and supported it by saying that you can't see batteries used in pro matches, which is in fact what I experienced as well. I've never seen a battery in a pro match, but then again I don't watch them all, only the ones posted here, occasionally.

    Will there be a additional race for the story line, and can that race be put into Capign Editor if it will exist??

    Is it possible for the Thor to still be the ground seige unit, but as an upgradable ability that will allow it to be an anti-air??

    Will Starcraft II be compatible woth plasma screens?? Like you can see everything, and it won\t affect what you see or if anything is too bright.

    Will there be a time of day thing? (Night, morning, noon, etc.)

    Will the Zerg have additional details that will make it look more Zerg like??

    Is it possible to have a setting where you are able to adjust if you want the game's graphics on high and low. (etc.)

    Will there be multiple portraits for each units?? Ex. Multiple guy and Girl portaits for Terran. Different armor for the protoss and different faces. Zerg will probably have scars, or little differences.

    Will there be different looks for each unit on the field?? Ex. marine #1 would hvae like a Skull on his armour while Marine #2 would have have something differnt. (This is affected by the graphics on low or high I guess)

    Will you be able to create your own doods, units, and portraits in editor??

    Will Starcraft2 have a News board like WC3??

    Will there be something similar to ladder on Starcraft II?

    Can users online be able to choose to download the map, or not but still be able to play it?

    What will be the minimum and recommended system requirements?

    How will the Protoss and Zerg campaigns play out, and who will they mainly follow?

    Are there plans for an expansion or further sequels?

    will there be mass movement commands, to send your entire army to attack a certain location?

    1) Is there any ideas to implement a toggleable regiment system like the one seen in wc3? or will units automaticly not crowd over one spot when moved to a position.

    WIll there be a day and night cycle in starcraft 2 just like we saw in the blizzon panel video? IMO it would be really awesome and groundbreaking for starcraft 2 or any rts specially if some units are affected by the cycle, say the dark templars move extra fast during the night.

    no worry im sure it wont be like warcraft 3 day and night cycle.

    See if you can find out about the Nomad turrets they've been testing.

    Ask about things they've scrapped, and ask about what led to those decisions.

    Can you order Bunkers to attack yet? I mean... random-attack is no fun.

    Details on how Salvage will end up being implemented?

    Which units require a Tech Center (which also lets us know which ones we can produce quickly with a Reactor)

    Are they still starting games with 6 workers?

    Are they doing anything cool with the interface that hasn't been mentioned yet?

    Ask about upgrades they're playing around with.

    Will the Nexus and Hatchery/Lair/Hive get upgrades that make them more than just town hall structures?

    How many Thor will fit in a Dropship? How big are they now? (I imagine you don't need to ask this one, but keep it in mind)

    Any noteworthy changes in the tech tree?

    Any changes in which ground units can attack air?

    Is the Medic's Heal animation not-lame yet?

    With the Siege Tank and Battlecruiser, do they include the sub-name "Crucio" or "Hercules" and "Minotaur?" They didn't include the "names" of the units in SC1, like "Explorer" and "Behemoth" but maybe they'll fit them in somewhere?

    What unit/armor types are there? We've seen "fleshy" mechanical" "armored" ...what else do they have?

    Notable terrain features?

    How are the unit sounds coming along? The music?

    Can Lockdown take a Mothership?

    Can units be rallyd into Bunkers, Shadow Ops?

    Do the AIs do anything interesting (apart from scouting) that they didn't do before? Ask how they're different now.

    Are there any other neutral structures (like the Observatory) available to be captured?

    How long does it take after combat for Protoss shields to start regenerating?

    Racial Asymmetry. One of my favourite things about SC was the game's racial asymmetry. They've mentioned way back that one of their goals (and reason for sticking with 3 races) was to push the racial asymmetrical even further apart.

    Some key examples of Racial Asymmetry ::
    • Building :: Not much has changed here.. or has it? (P and T remained true.. assuming Z will be the same)
    • Unit Production :: T got double queues (with Reactor Add-On).. How are P and Z changing to match that potential production power. Any changes to Z's Larva system?
    • Siege Units :: Siege Tanks are still king. With the Reaver gone is Colossus or Warp Ray the new seige unit for P? Will Z's Guardians return?
    • Cliff Jumpers :: T has Reapers and Vikings. P has Stalkers and Colossi. What does Z get? Ling wing upgrade?
    • Unit Deployment :: P's Warp-In and T's Drop Pods are both full of possibilities. How will the new Nydus Worms function? Overlords still ferry?
    • Stealth & Detection :: T's Turrets have gone blind. P still has DTs and Obs. Any other changes or lack of in this regard?

    You could ask them ::
    • Is racial asymmetry still a major design goal?
    • Where does the game currently stand in regards to racial asymmetry? Should we expect more or less by the time SC2 goes gold.
    • Where does the designer(s) feel most comfortable adding racial asymmetry? In macro or micro play?
