So what are they up to?
I hope they unveil some more about this on the next E3. This is some really vague stuff. Any speculations?

    Answer:
    Pure awesomeness

    Alright, in all seriousness.

Post industrial city, so it's obviously the old Square teams leading this, not Enix. Gunshots and explosions all over, but no screams, so it's human against human (Riot? Full out revolt? Paramilitary group a la AVALANCHE or Al Bhed?). The JFK quote is referring to the atom bomb, so I'd assume that's an insanely destructive weapon and/or entity under control of the 'bad guys.'

That's just my two cents though.

    Just did. =D
Pretty much what I thought. But nothing with magic and stuff, maybe a new franshise? Would be nice.

Square Enix has teamed up with Gas Powered Games to work on Supreme Commander 2. I know that for sure.

Awesome to hear that, but Supreme Commander was, erm, not really my thing. Epic battles are fun, but so many different units with bad balance and overlapping roles. Bah. I currently am obsessed with Homeworld 3. THQ and Relic finally bought the rights from Sierra some time ago. That game will be epic.

As for the trailer thing: I hope it reffers to a game made in-house by Square-Enix. Making a mystery page and creating a hype for a game made by somebody else, that just pisses me off big time.

Maybe it will be a John F. Kennedy simulation where you play as him resurrected in the future?

Hahhaa, that would be so hilarious and awesome at the same. "John F kennedy is back and this time he is PISSED"

Whatever it is they are working on however, looks interesting and different from their usual style.

A rather intriguing cooperation, considering I liked games from both companies. Can't imagine a breed between those two though D:
