    Now that I have regained consciousness: the main character of the book is a fat snob/slob, who grows continually more insane, apparently dreaming about killing lady gaga and taking her place (and body) because he is bisexual. Of course, his wive fully tolerates this, crossdressing, quiting his job and creeping out everyone at the local McDonald because she thinks its creative.
