He can't report on a build that is changing, and they change weekly. So I give it at least a week. Besides, its not like an update will make the game come any slower. At this point in development, I dont care too much for every tiny amount of change the game is going through, Im trying to get a beta key here.

And I dont see the point in making a thread about the topic. I dunno, maybe Im just being mean.

Also, and dont quote me on this, dont the devs have to give the thumbs up on stuff he reports? Especially Q&A s?

Aw.. No more cloaking for probes? I see how it could be considered OP but cmon. Terrans get their huge cannons ontop of the command center and the mule ability. Not to mention they can load up scv's to top it off. Whats wrong with forcing players to bring detectors in late game for economy raids?

So the shield draining of the EMP is effective to only the targeted unit and the energy drain effects both the unit targeted and those around it in an AoE

is that right or am i completely wrong and should stop drinking and posting (joking or am i)

Both the Sheild and energy drain are AOE.

Maybe I'm way behind, but doesn't the mothership cloak all units and buildings under it? Turtle it in your base for defense and everything is cloaked :) Sure it's much much later tech, but it IS still an option.
