Hey After reading a review of the game online I couldn't hold back on trying this game, regardless of the price. I've never been much of a strategy game player before (mostly sticking to FPS games in the past) but having played several matches now I'm absolutely astonished by how complex and brilliant this game is. The combinations of tactics you can have between races - with different maps thrown into the equation - is incredible. Now I'm a little more into the game and beginning to get a decent understanding of what most of the units do, I'm beginning to see how the learning curve begins to get a fair bit steeper as you'd go on into the competitive world of the game - quick tech changes to match your opponent, manipulating upgrades (Stalkers w/ Blink on Blistering Sands for example) and just the sheer speed at which a game takes place. To cut to the chase, as a player who hasn't played the first Starcraft I feel I'm at a rather large disadvantage since there is so much ground to cover - playing multiplayer in RTS games is never a quick and sometimes unenjoyable way of learning the game well! I was curious whether there were more experienced players out there who would be willing to either play a few matches with me to see where I can improve or, if they were able to, mentor me on a bit more of a serious basis. I have been involved with competitive games for some time now and I would really love to get into this one properly. I have the enthusiasm and I have the ambition to go for something like this when I see it, so don't feel you would be wasting your time! Thanks, Hktoo
