Also, Adun wasn't a dark templar and i doubt he hates Khalai protoss since he himself is one.

actually adun was as much dark templar as tassadar, they both did the shadow walk

How could Adun have done the shadow walk when he was the one that taught the dark templar how to control their powers in the first place? Also, Adun didn't leave with the rogue tribes when they were banished so i seriously doubt he could be one of the dark templar.

But really, you need to read the metzen quote i posted up there. It says that Adun died.

there are 2 khala protoss that have done the shadow walk

the shadow walk is basically just passing through a dark place, staying in the shadows, while those are filled with warriors, it can just be zealots(i think) as well

Yes, i know. But Adun couldn't have been the other one because the dark templar barely had a grasp on their powers when he was with them. The shadow walk was probably invented way after his time.

If you read the latest SC novel that is what the main character sees when he relives the memories of Adun's protege.

Anyway I SERIOUSLY doubt that he's part of the seven high templar that made up that uber dark archon and even more so that he's duran (which makes no sense at all)

 

i dun think Adun and Duran is the same............................if u mean he is part of ulrezaj,cos b4 the Duran went missing,i think dark-Archon Ulrezaj already exists.

 

If the prophecy holds true, my bet is he comes back right after the Xel' Naga get acquainted with the new Protoss, and tells everyone not to blow them up again.

A facts that need to be straightened out.

Metzen has confirmed in an official Q&A Interview that Adun is dead.
And I quote Metzen:

The return of Adun may I am however inclined to go to the length that it we will not
happen. Although, I hope we will as it would be awesome. I have a feeling that if Adun will return it will be due to the effects of a Khaydarin Crystal. They are supposedly used by the Xel'Naga to hold information. So it could be possible that a Khaydarin Crystal could contain the memories of Adun and that he could reappear... in a Terran, Protoss or maybe even a Zerg host.

However, I do not think it would be possible for the Zerg unless it were Kerrigan (The Terran/Zerg psionic) or even with Duran and his Hybrids (whoever he is as he appears to have some Psychic power be it that of a Terran or somethign else).

Just to add on to/back up what ShdwyTemplar has said, the actual fate of Adun is covered in the Dark Templar Saga novel Shadow Hunters (and in the Adun wiki article).

 

Anyone care to share some of the information about who this Ulrezaj is and how he came into being? And why? Is he still alive, is it something covered in the game, because I haven't read any of the books.

Whose side is he on, what is his agenda?
