The folks at Blizzard finally updated starcraft2.com with the new dark templar.

In addition, the official site released a new wallpaper showing the image we've all seen with the nuke explosion and the marines in front. Enjoy. ^_^

Why dose the dark templar look fast in movement speed????

 

they felt like speeding up his movement? upgrade like the zealot legs thing in sc1?

 

The camera is zoomed in pretty far. That might make them look like they're going faster.

 

Yeah, DTs were already fast enough, I don't think they need a speed upgrade.

 

your right GrahamTastic the camra is zoomed in pritty close. i guess that explains it. I hope not really. My all time most over used unit is the Dt i hope they get an improvement

 

Dark Templars look fine. Although they do still look like elites from Halo. ZOMG SC2 ripping from Halo!?!?!

good. I just keep seeing how so many people say i dont like this or i dont like this or that. It gets annoying to hear them bitch so much. I mean it's the same old dt. Your complaining about a unit u can barly see.......makes no sence to me ya-know? And your opponent deffenitly wont see it eather.

 

Ok i change my mind about the new dt its good but (once again...) some people at battle.net forums are questioning if it is was a rip off of another wc3 unit........

Anyway i can see how someone more attached to the unit could not like its new looks....

 

What unit in WC3 was the new Dark Templar ripped off from. I cant think of any unit it was ripped off from!

With or without the www, I get redirected to eu.starcraft2.com unless I use a proxy. Blizzard are being just a little cheap here, as I see no point in having two separate sites for this game, unless they've got something even more dirty up their sleeves.
