Most build orders don't revolve around getting battlecruisers since they take so long to tech to. Build orders generally only deal with the early game, and from there you have to make decisions based on what your opponent is doing. By the time you are getting battlecruisers you should be at that point where you are straying from your build order.

Also, if you were to try and rush/tech all the way to battlecruisers from the beginning you would be extremely vulnerable to a rush. It's best to just build up an army to defend and slowly get to battlecruisers rather than try to get there as quickly as possibly, that way you won't be nearly as vulnerable.

Thank for the tip, after a few games i've begun to notice that i need to

1.expand(always find it akward to manage all the bases)
    2. build an early game force instead of always concentrating on the big units
3.actually watch my games to see why i lost

If you find you are having trouble defending your expansion as it's building, build the command center in your base first and then once you have your units up front to defend it you can float it over to the mineral line. Also, if you aren't using Ctrl Groups to hotkey your buildings/units it can really help you. It's as simple as shift+clicking all of your command centers, then hitting ctrl+5 (or any number). Then just hit 5 and you will have all of your command centers selected, so you can hit "s" a couple of times and build SCVs without looking at your base.

Yeah, just make sure you are spending all of your money (however don't queue up units), and you should be pretty well off. This will force you to get upgrades and expand earlier, although the only downside is you have to go back to your production buildings and make new units rather than simply queueing them up. But it is very beneficial either way.

One useful tip is to put the recording on the fastest speed and just hover your mouse over your command center. Your goal should be to constantly see the blue bar above the command center so you are constantly making SCVs. The most useful replays are those that you lost against another Terran player, because then you can just watch the other player and see what he did to beat you that you failed to do.

what i have done in the past but not always effective, i would build marine marauders medivacs as my base army, and i would build a starport and lift it then send it somewhere far from my base, like on a island or something. Everyone now and then, i would build a battlecruiser on the side when i had extra money and kept the BCs on the side, i wouldnt reveal them.

eventually i would have 6-10 BCs depending on how much fighting would occur prior to that. destroy his base using my fleet of BCs

my opponent would usually reply "WTF, where did those come from"

If I wanted to teach you the opening moves in chess, I sure as heck wouldn't teach you 50 moves in, I would show you like the first three moves and say "this is the ruy lopez/spanish game".
I would try to help you, but due to my inexperience I risk teaching you the wrong things.

If you are going to try to get to BCs or any high level tech with as little headaches and as fast as possible one of the main keys is micro. Obviously this is the key to the whole game but especially for getting to a high tech the fastest, it really makes a difference how fast and efficiently you can get things done. Build a strong defense that relies on strategy instead of wasting all your minerals on a ton of guys. Meaning get the most bang for your buck by using a clever defense strategy. Also the float the command center to the expansion works, if you find you can handle more mineral flow (who cant). If you can build stuff quickly, in the right order, and keep enough minerals flowing in you can get there. Just make sure you utilize the minerals you get in. For SCVs on base I usually do 1 - 1.5 scvs per mineral deposit since only 1 scv can mine one at a time but they have to move back and forth.

I only really see them very late into a game, usually when I'm stale mating with an opponent and the game basically reaches a point of who can harass and get the most BCs first.

The most efficient SCV distribution is to have two SCVs for each mineral patch and three for each Refinery. That's a total of 16 SCVs on minerals, and 6 on gas. However, even if you get 16 SCVs on minerals you should still make SCVs, just make sure you are looking towards expanding. That way when you expand you will have some extra SCVs in your main to help saturate the new expansion.
