I hopped into a placement match with 2 random compatriots after an FFA with one of them, and I misjudged their skills in the FFA game and I only learned that in the 3v3. Long story short, how can I delete a team in placement? I know it's not a big deal but... I must say that team idling there (because it's obvious nothing will come of it) bothers me... I don't like clutter. Help?
You can't delete it, unfortunately... What you can do is play the rest of the placement matches and have it removed from the placement list and added into your current leagues... Imagine, if you could remove a team from placement, that would mean that you could keep playing with them and redeleting the team till you score a 5-0... I doubt that there's a way to just remove it from being shown...
But then it'd be among my teams. And in fact I only have 1 3v3 team so it'd DOUBLE my number of teams... meh lol. I'd like the team to be removed from everywhere, basically - it was a mistake. I'd only like to have serious teams...
Aw, come on! It doesn't really change anything... Just a little bit of useless clutter... I've seen pro-gamers(someone from ROOT too iirc) having bronze and silver rated teams... You can choose which teams to show in your profile anyway...
