Last nights (Thursday/9/September/2010) Tournament was a great success i want stat by thanking everyone who came out, to play or to watch the livestreams. I want to say Congratulation to MREVEN for taking first place in the tournament. And honorable mention for Anatine for his second place victory Enough about last week lets get on to this week's info! First thing you need to know is i am quickly writing this up just to get it on the forums and rolling, as i am heading to get on a plane in the next few hours for work and will not be back till Monday, with that in mind all applications will be handled in a first come first served style, but they MUST be sent to my e-mail (tak188@hotmail.com) i will not use anything posted on the forums here. I will respond to all the e-mail i have received on Monday!!! Onto the good stuff: RULES and other such info: - DATE! WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER/15/2010 @ 7:30pm EST (-5GMT) - If you are not online at 7:35 you are disqualified from your first RoundRobin match. And every other that your are not there for the start of. - You will be told your match-ups for the round robin in-order before we start, Monday night I hope. This is to ease the load on myself and make sure everyone plays everyone. - As with all matches you may be required to wait a few minutes before your next match. because your opponent must finish there current match. Please do this peacefully you can always watch Batmans cast, Just be ready for when i tell you they are done. - MAP SELECTIONS: -Each match of the round robin will have a different pre-determind map that will be voted on when you send in your application! -Round 2 map will be Xel'naga caverns -Round 3 map will be Lost Temple -Round 4 map will be Steps of war with loser picking next map (anything goes for choice except one that has already been played in round 4) - Spectator's. I will NOT allow friend Spectator's , for a few reasons if you have a problem with this ask me i will explain why. They are always welcome to watch the live casts - Again this is only for people in Gold, Silver, Bronze 1v1 players! (and copper if you go by batman's system) - The winners of every match will send me the replays. they can be submitted to myself either thru e-mail or posting them on the reply sight of your choice and sending me the links. Please for the love of all that is awesome label the replays! - You will Msg me when you START and END every match so i can record on paper what is happening. Every match I don't care if batman was Casting your match, Hes not running the tournament I am - Again i will take the first 24 people to send me a e-mail for the tournament! Tournament Layout: we will have 24 people in 4 brackets like so: Round 1 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 this will be random based on when you confirm your entry these 6 people in your bracket will play a round robin. That means you will play everyone in your bracket once, your promised 5 games! 1 point for a win and nothing for a loss. we will then take the top 2 people from each bracket and move them into round 2. I believe this is the best wa to keep many people playing and involved, round robin is always fun for everyone!
