Suggestions (All Read)

Hello this is the part of the clan where you get to put in your input. Think of this as a suggestion box. You can post any suggestions you have for example. Rules you like, Rules you dont like, Ranks, Events (tournys, wars ect.) pretty much anything about the clan youd like to see changed or altered. please post here this is very important to the imporvment to our clan.

Right now I am looking more for ranks and rules. You can post about a general idea for rules or give me a whole new list or rules or reqs for the ranks. Also im looking to hear about rules u like rules u dont like rules u think we should add

I suggest:
1. we make and sell our own tee-shirts
2. we disband any west/europe/asia version of [E]. Kids should know and be forced to go to East if they want [E]. Otherwise it becomes to much work and your members become stretched too thin. And west drama can always role over on east and has happened in my experience(and with thinning of members).. puck that. (if you get IP's cow. A. stop loading 8+ bots, B. jus join a west clan in the meantime)
3. perma Ban all people who tag as [E] but arent in the clan.. (we all know who i mean hopefully)
4. we shorten the rules.. if its going to be a big deal. If a clanis too strict it becomes lame and the seriouslyness cow is trying to make it is kind of scary.. all we really need is
-no E members be banned without upper approval and without good reason and proof of such.
-No idle messages shorter then 1 hour (unless instructed by shadow).
-No greets or any of that non sense with bots.
-Must rep the [E] always.
-No double tags.
-and no loading more then 1 bot if channel becomes 30+ to make room
what else is there really? off top of head i cant think of a daily importance..

as for ranks.. if we get rid i dont care since i think ranks arent needed. BUT i've come to realise if they make other members happy(which i see they do at times) then im ok with them.

**Edit** O and cow, please just calm down. You earlier were frustrated cause you think we dont care. Its not that, its just remember whats really important... ranks and rules are not as important as what we already have on the foundation already set. I think shadow will agree and i think if you try to fix something that isnt broken.. ull just make it worse. [E] is not broken and we are well prepared for future engagements off what we already have. Leave it be

 

i think we should just get rid of the old ranks cuz they are all corny
and we should think of some new names ill be thinkin and so should you(perferable military style)

I like the idea of the medieval style rank names.

One thing I've noticed in the couple weeks that I've been here is banning on first offenses. I think we should lean more towards the warn-kick-mban-ban method than just, HEY, YOU!...!****add..

Just my thoughts.

No, never. Separate things like those should be 1 time perma ban. I think we know the differences between serious standard clan issues and just random people being annoying. But just as far as being annoying in the channel, warn that person. Just don't be all !boot

 

well we are supposed to kick with a warning message as a warning then we are allowed to ban for a temp ban. Depending on what u are doing i try key word TRY as in doesnt happen all of the time give you a verbal warning. like hey hey fight nicly. or W.e. But thank you all for ur suggestions

Also hacking was just a oh i cought u hacking slap on the wrist dont do that anymore. But apprently some members didnt get the slap on the wrist and it got out of control so 2can and i and others agreeded to make it 1 time you are ban. Altho for new memebers if i get wind of hacking i try to warn them.

I agree with tink on clan should only be on east, it disperse us too much if it's not.

There should be a system of ranks, of course, but why not make em useful? like for example, there could be a rank called mediator (a guy who solves the fights), organizator (makes events) and such...

The rules of [E] tourneys being ONLY for [E] members is lame, since we dont have enough active people to organize a tourney on our own, and I think we should just make that optional.. if you want do a [E] torunament only, go ahead, but dont impose it.

We should MAKE initiates (or whatever the new rank's called) check the forums, and get it in their heads it's important they do so every once in a while, since they'll find tourneys, news and some other **** in here. You could make it a req for rank advance, have an acc on the forums for at least a week... idk

And... that's about it

 

i think those [E] tourny rules are for [E] only tournies, which we have done before, but like u said right now not enuff to compile at this time. So anything with outsiders i dont think these rules have to be followed, rather the rules u create for the open tourny itself. (please correct me if im wrong)

I dont like the idea of a mediator or organizator and such. Since if an issue gets out of hand, those people should simply leave or talk privately till they can come back and be quiet. (me and cow did not yesterday but lol shame on us) and an organizator.. would you want someone organizing your tourny Lombar? or someone elses or whatever else. If someone wants to organize something they should take control of it themselves IMO.

And i dont like the idea of forcing anybody onto the forum. Although i Think every SERIOUS member should atleast read the forums on a daily basis, it shouldnt be a requirement since the forum doesnt directly effect your bnet atmosphere or enviorment. Although it could(like quotes of the day) which is fun, but again a choice.

 

No, the organizator rank, as i though it, was someone who could periodically do some events, to keep the clan from going inactive.. That doesnt means that if anyone would want to organize something they cant.

And Im not talking about forcing them into the forums, just if they want to advance inside our clan, they will have to come in, like you said.. serious members.

And a mediator would've been pretty useful in your little show yesterday IMO.

 

either or, advancing should be based off the forum, but someone who is serious should atleast be apart of the forum.. and our serious users are. Shadow me weird weeman 2can you feed few others havent been posting recently.. i see cow time to time too.

and if we had a mediator yesterday it woulda been boring but atleast it woulda ended alot sooner since i said w/e end it like half way into that convo. Weeman was essentially the mediator

 

well with each growing rank comes new responsiablitys. To be honest if 2 memebers are going to fight they are supposed to go else where thats what i say. That way other members dont get involed and then we dont have an all out civial war going D:

the only thing i can think of as of rite now is the ranks. nothin bout the rules, im a bit rusty on them.

Bout the ranks i think there should be more of them and change the names some of them sound lame, as if they were all thought up in like 5 minutes or something.
