i heard there is an extra expansion set for starcraft, not featuring any new units but a new campaign, aany1 has info about it or where to get it?
Yes, it's called Enslavers and is made by Blizzard, just to show what you can do with the editor, it has a few really nice chapters with a good story line, you can freely download it.
Nope forsaken, he means insurrection. Insurrection is completely voiced, enslavers is mute and boring. However its not very popular and almost cant be bought. I recomend you downloading it via torrent. I know its ilegal, but no ones gonna care. PS: I own it. But i can reccomend you a lot of single player campaigns, some of them pretty cool: www.campaigncreations.org I reccomend you legacy of the confederation (LOTC) and the black dream series (although the first episode sucks)
You could also try the campaign I have created, "Raynor's Revenge." Follow the link in my signature for more details.
whoa, i never knew blizz created a "expansion"! it's made by blizzard right? does it tell us anymore things about the campain? preferrably duran?
@ lichking - Haha well alright then. Although did you play them when I first uploaded them, or did you play the new versions that are downloaded from two ZIP files? Because the newest versions are A) at lot better and B) not impossible. When I first uploaded the campaign Mission 8 was completely impossible to beat.
It wasnt made by blizzard, it was made by another company called Aztec or something like that. But as I said, due to the characters having nothing to do with the real starcraft universe, the campaign was never really popular.
Starcraft Insurrection was created by Blizzard for the fans of SC1 not to make them wait anymore for Brood War. Blizzard announced Brood War at that time and released Starcraft Insurrection, which is the UNofficial expansion set of Starcraft. I never played to this game, but read on a magazine that it is the following of Starcraft. I believe it is the unofficial continuation of SC1, because in this game there were new characters, but in fact they laready existed. For instance there was the Protoss Arbiter, with a female voice ! ( I read in the magazine ). So the continuation has no link with Brood War .
