Out of all the book that have been out about Starcraft, What and why is it your favorite book?
Mine so far is Queen of Blads because it explains so much between missions. It is full of fighitng and even explains how and why Jim Rayner, Zeratul and Tassadar become friends.
    So what about you guys?

I like Liberty's Crusade the most. I felt the Queen of Blade book just dragged on and on and on.

Frontline is a mixed bag, as it consists of many short stories. Most of them have an interesting plot point. Some, however, focus only on characters. The art styles and amount of combat vary widely, which isn't surprising. Personally I like them, but I like anything to do with StarCraft lore.

The StarCraft comic is good, mostly. The art is amazing, and like Frontline, the visual format is a great device for learning about StarCraft universe lore.

The author, Simon Furman, sometimes uses a confusing writing style, and the comic has started slowly. The main characters, the War Pigs, are currently somewhat ill-defined; we only really know anything about Cole Hickson so far. The main "villain" is more interesting than any of the main characters so far, and I hate him (in a good way). I have to wonder if Arcturus Mengsk deliberately hires untrustworthy bastards for important positions. Mengsk's personality was captured perfectly, IMO, which I think is good news, as Jim Raynor will eventually appear (the War Pigs have been hired to kill Raynor).

There aren't many plot holes; each issue seems to have exactly one.

I've only read Liberty's Crusade and maybe 150 pages of Queen of Blades. (I will read the rest when I remember and have time) Liberty's Crusade was good. Queen of Blades doesn't seem so interesting.

Queen of Blades is amazing when you get into it. When they go underground the poor Terran get ****ED lol by Zurg. But what i like the books is the gap filling they do.

Liberty's crusade is the best. Shadow of the Xel Naga is okay, and the 3rd book sucks. Queen of blades was good.

Im soon finished with the StarCraft Archive book, reading the fourth book Uprising. I like the Star Craft books but its not the best thing I've read but you get to know the characters and the SC universe a little bit better anyway : ).
