That is amazing. I had to hold my jaw up for the entire first movie.

    Absolutely amazing.

Computer Art is the art of the future. There's nowhere else for artists to discover new techniques and styles except for the word of the computer.

In the next 50 years, expect to start seeing computer art museums with pieces like this.

I'd have to disagree with the museum part. I highly doubt that there are any museums out there who are willing to ever pay millions for a piece of art that doesn't involve any skill at all. Any fool can just mess around for weeks in Corel or whatever until they get a good result. Infinite ways to correct mistakes, and so many computer made filters and colouring methods that even a monkey could eventually get a good result.

That being said: I'm still a big fan of digital art. It can look really good. It will just never come close to "real" art in my opinion.

As for that video: speed isn't always the same as quality. I doubt that Blizzard hires people based on how fast they work, or else we'd all be playing Warcraft VI, Starcraft III, WoW 2 and Starcraft: Ghost by now... Just saying.
