Ok so i want to buy starcraft 2 and i need some help. I assume starcraft 2 needs a dvd drive to download but mine is broken. I dont want to electronically download just because i like to have physical copy of my game. I bought MOH when it came out and ea let you just enter your cd key into there download manager and let you download the game without even touching the cds so can i do that with starcraft? Can i download with out even touching the cd i read that after you create a battlenet account you can link you cd key to that but im not sure if you have to download it at least once. Thanks in advance.
Yes, you can download the game via Battle.net even if you bought the physical copy. All you need is the CD-Key. Hope this helps =)
