So basically you're giving your account information to other people, information they can log into your b.net account with? You're paying to have them increase your ranking, so that you're later matched with players you can't compete with period? Sounds like both a scam and a very bad idea. Even if it isn't a scam and completely legit, its one dumb as hell, all you get out of it is bragging rights to friends about your new rankings. To which they later laugh at you cause you didn't earn it yourself. And two it's also quite unethical, earn your own way, this is akin to cheating.
