Starcraft 2 Game Client Download Problem

I bought Starcraft 2 from a store and have successfully installed the game through the cd. However, after creating an account on battle.net, I cannot download the game client for the game. I have Windows 7, and when I attempt to download the game client I get to the Blizzard Downloader program, which attempts to download the game client but is stuck at 0%. If I wait for over an hour, I finally get the "Tracker not Responding" message on the Blizzard Downloader.

    I have attempted to:

-run the program as an admin
-edit the proxy settings like the site suggests, but this does not work

I'm at a University using their internet (which is very fast) so I can't really check any router settings... My computer has a firewall program, but whenever an unknown program is coming in, a message comes up and I can approve the program and allow it to access the internet, so I don't think there is a problem there.....

I have emailed Blizzard twice, and both people gave me the same copy and pasted answer, and I have tried their suggestions. I have also reinstalled the game twice (maybe 3 times -_-) and this doesn't help me either (I didn't think it would considering the game is installing, but the battle.net game client is not).

So, can anyone help me here? I have searched around the internet for answers, but to no avail. I've had this game for over a week now, and I just want to start playing it...

    Much thanks!

    Try turning off Peer2Peer option.

And where do I go to on Battle.net under my account to turn off the Peer2Peer option?

Ok, I turned off the Peer2Peer option and the Blizzard Downloader is still not working. Does anyone else have any suggestions I can try to make this Downloader work for me?

Talk to your IT department. It is more likely that battle.net is blocked on your network. You may have to use a proxy tunneling service like wowtunnels to bypass the network protections. If wowtunnels doesn't log in, you are pretty screwed.
