I installed everything, added the game, it told me that it had adjusted the resolution to the video card I have, launched the game, logged into battlenet, and as soon as the screen to the "character name" shows up, the game crashes and an error screen pops up... I sent the errors to Blizzard, no response yet... What is the next step here, unistall and re-install? Wait for Blizzard to recommend a fix?

With more system information, we can begin addressing your problem! Also post the error message you sent to Blizzard!
