Starcraft 2 Collector's Edition - missing bonus tracks

So, for some reason, my Collector's Edition didn't come with everything it promised.

Well, it did. But it left one item out - the exclusive bonus tracks that are supposed to come with the SC II Soundtrack.

I haven't been sent anything via email, and the soundtrack disk itself comes only with the 14 tracks. So can someone please tell me what's going on?
