    You can set your realmlist to use the eu patcher if you want. I'm not sure if that patch would work though. I'm still downloading.

    i dont even have the realm list file.

    It seems when i downloaded it from Battle.net again recently because my editor was bugged up it didnt include the editor and its all jacked up missing things.

    my patch is done.

    initial loading screen different.

    then greeted by the usual battle.net is down for maintenance.

    looks like were nearly there tho.

    Why does everyone think the second beta will actually last that long. It's probably mainly a server test.

    There's three problems with this:

    1) The beta expiration date under your account clearly says "Until beta ends".
    2) Blizzard has already said that those who were in the first phase will be in the second.
    3) This phase is open. Anyone can register an account and get on. It's no longer closed and you no longer need a beta key.

    On a German site (which is not really too cruddy) it says that they may have removed the ultralist and replaced it with the lurker. They come to that conclusion because apparently the ultralisk (graphics?) file has a size of 0 byte and the lurker has more than zero. Don't know whether it's true...

    Completely abandoning any balance you got in the last beta phase so you can add a model which was not audience-tested?

    You never exactly said in this thread that you weren't in the first beta. He wasn't really snippy either, he just gave three valid points as to why you were wrong. :/
