How do i counter Stalkers??? can it be countered with a mix of hydralisks and roaches? or maybe zerglings

1v1, a hydralisk would win i think, so yes, since hydras cost less, (25 minerals) they counter them. It gets even better if you have Zerglings/Roaches/Ultralisks to soak up some of the damage.
Roach Lings would be fine. If you wan't more fire power, get hydra roach ling. But zerglings are important, you need them to run behind and catch up with their blink micro. (With speed upgrade of course)
Roaches / Lings are generally a good counter to stalkers / make sure they are upgraded though ( ling / roach speed )
On offense roaches work well enough against all Protoss ground units. If you need to chase them down mutalisks work well.
