I've read the sticky note regarding this question, but it didn't completely answer some of my questions.

    These are my computer specs:
    Manufacturer: Gateway
    Model: NV58 Series
    Processor: Inter(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T6600 @ 2.20GHz 2.20GHz
    Installed memory (RAM): 4.00 GB
    System type: 64-bit Operating System
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce G210M 512MB

What graphic settings can I run my StarCraft 2 in?
How do I figure out if my RAM is DDR2 or DDR3?

Are these good specs or am I gonna' have to resort to ultra low settings?

You've got more than enough RAM and your CPU is OK, but as with most laptops, the video card is the weak link in your setup. You'll be able to run the game at low/medium depending on the screen resolution and what framerate you're OK with.

According to the Gateway's specs, you're running DDR2-667MHz.

You should be able to play at a decent frame rate at low res. High res may be a problem.

How much would a video card change would cost? I want to be able to run StarCraft 2 at medium-high settings, any recommended video cards?

And is there a way to change my RAM to a DDR3?

Unfortunately, you can't change the video card on most laptops.

And no, you can't upgrade your RAM to DDR3. That wouldn't give any noticeable performance gain anyway.

I would say medium. A 512 card is pretty good for a laptop. Like the others said, as long as you don't try to run it in 1680 x a billion res, you'll be fine.
