    Personally I find the prospect of wielding a sword bigger than you are preposterous. Not only would it take an immense ammount of strenght to wield but it would be slow.

    I suppose it is something that its a robot. and not a little boy (like the other half of the animes)

    Yeah, it is a shame. I guess the whole tactics thing kind of went to hell when the Knights of Round were introduced. From then on, anything that wasn't three times the size of a normal Knightmare Frame, and armed with at least one melee weapon and fifty-three projectile based attacks, became cannon fodder. Hell, watch some of the battles near the end of the series. Suzaku in the Lancelot Albion, and Kallen in her Guren Kashoshiki, can take out half the enemy force in a single move.
