I think this game will be alot of fun if SEGA gives the game good control and even better if it will have online play on the Wii/DS version. I personally see nothing wrong with Sonic being in a car, wouldn't be fair if he was allowed to run. That is, unless he cut out the bottom of his car and powered it Flinstone style. Thoughts?
Why isn't Eggman flying in his usual saucer thing? Looks fun. Although I'm a bit behind with Sonic, having been playing 2, 3, and S&K nowadays, so the plane and other things looked a little different/off.
This is pretty much the only kind of "sports" games that I like. Shame I don't have any of these consoles I agree with the plane being odd, besides I guess planes will just hover, not fly around as they want, right?
I meant the plane's art - it used to be red. Flying in racing games is completely acceptable because as you've said they'd just hover, which is how I would prefer Eggman to race, too. It gives diversity among the racers, and that's always a plus.
Not just red, but I thought it was longer too. I think the color was changed to yellow, so you don't get tails confused with knuckles or whoever used red there
anyone play Sonic Racing?? Classic game and they werent in freakin cars.. sonic is fast enough alone.

hmm.. most of the older sonic 3d games i've been playing mostly involve 'racing' anyway.. so i guess having yet another racing game with the inclusion of vehicles isn't such a good idea? Honestly, it is a lot more fun control sonic than his 'vehicle'. I miss the good old Sonic The Hedgehod titles on the Sega console.
Sonic. I've got Sonic 1 and 2 on Sega and Sonic Racing (if that's the one where you only run) on computer. I haven't played any other Sonics and I got to say that 1 and 2 are much better than Racing. So how many Sonic games are there? And is there any other platform games than 1 and 2 (I don't know if is 3 a platformer) That car game seems ok, though if the gameplay is going to be as über1337cool as that video then the game is rubbish.
