Lol how about the Queen creating mini Queen reswpan spots, Matrilings (derived from Matriach). The structure would have these Matrilings/Matrilisks walking around close to them, (similar to Larva) and when an enemy comes within sight range, they attack. Until the structure (nest) is destroyed the limit of 3 Matrilings/lisks will not stop spawning over the duration it takes.
That atleast would reduce the intensive micro which the Zerg would require.

The way I see, nothing has changed much about the Zerg. Don't be TOO hasty on the new units man. I feel your concern but, The Queen, is mostly a defensive unit. Sure, it can take out marines in 1 hit, big deal, other things can kill it easily. The Queen is used to defend the swarms base (since I suppose sunkens have been taken out, didn't see any in the videos) through the defensive structures it makes, toxic creep, and some other skills which we haven't seen. Sending this unit into battle, it would be targeted on the spot. Considering how it is a land unit and that Zerg still attack in numbers, The Queen has a high chance of dieing if sent in with a huge mob or die because it's not that fast and It can't fly over impassable areas like the MS. So don't worry man! Your precious race isn't a completely changed thing ;D

I would have settled for if the Queen would cut down hatching time of eggs by 20% and larvae regeneration as well.

The queen better have some serious anti-air capabilities by the time Hives come online, because a few yamato shots and she's a goner.

Also, currently the queen does have a AA attack. If it is as good as her ground attack is yet to be known.

Detectors ife she burrows, and siege tanks and ground support if she tunnels.

Why would she tunnel to an area that has siege tanks bombarding it? Also, if your main base is being destroyed by tanks and BCs, you've already pretty much lost.

No, you bring those in around the base if she tries to escape. Since she can only tunnel to places that have creep. Assuming that the player doesn't have a secondairy base.
