But on a more serious note...

Worst cold I've ever had.

Started Monday with sniffles but still went to school.
Tuesday and Wednesday I was at home being awesome. Coughing, sneezing, and all that good stuff.
Thursday I went back to school with only a semi-plugged nose. Occasional cough.
Friday took a turn for the worst. Threw up twice and had to get my sister to phone me in sick because my mom didn't have her cell phone with her, my dad doesn't own one, and the school would ask me to get a guardian's approval of me missing school. I had really bad stomach pain, pained temples whenever I coughed, the nose went back to being plugged, and my throat was only a little sore.
And Saturday I was better, but I woke up in the morning so hot, it was at the point where I was in pain. Back to sore throat and plugged nose and a little nauseous.
Sunday (today). I woke up again incredibly hot and I'm having trouble staying cool right now. I threw up already and I've got a headache, plugged nose, and my stomach isn't settled.

I'm not looking for attention, although posting this, I guess I am.

And we're out of orange juice. And anything fizzy to drink.
But I am taking Buckley Day Cold pills, Gravol, and Advil Cold & Sinus.
They aren't helping that much.

Edit: I'm not ODing actually, but I'm taking quite a few of them. And I'm amazed I haven't started foaming at the mouth yet.

I think that's a little extreme...
Hang in there, mate! Sounds like most of it, or at least the worst of it, is over. You'll be on the road to recovery and back on your slimy feet in no time.

 

The one thing I hate the most of it though is that it's constantly escalating or lying to me and puts on a ribbon to show that it's not that bad anymore.
Then one or two days later. BAM. It's beating me with a sock filled with nickels.

And my feet would only be slimy if I stepped on a tissue I used.

Har har disturbing mental image.

 

Stupid sickness... It should be using a sock filled with Valencia Oranges, not nickels. Nickels leave bruises and possibly cuts, etc, but with Valencia Oranges, 'they don't leave a bruise and let them know who's boss'. Just a thought, why don't you beat the cold back with your very own sock of nickels? Or at least strangle it with the ribbon it keeps giving you.
The slimy comment was referring to the Murloc. I'm not sure exactly how slimy your used tissues have become, but they'd probably dry out the Murloc's feet.

 

Stop sassing me. I'm changing it as we speak. We should have laws against Murloc racism on this forum.

I tried to strangle it, but it ducked and punched me in the Gene Simmons Family Jewels.

 

You don't have to change the Murloc. It's still awesome, it's just that it's... different... to what you've previously had.
Hmmm... Those colds can be quite ninja-like. Maybe you should bring in about fifty thousand pirates. They won't be able to kill the ninja cold, but it'll keep it occupied and give you a rest for at least half a second.

And why do signatures like to show themselves on some posts, and then not on others?

It's easily the worst cold I've had so far in my life. I think it was studying me for years. I'm sure not even pirates, as awesome as they are, would be able to take it down>

no worries, I'm beggining to get sick too. My sis didn;t feel good and i kept trying to help her out and now my stomach is botheirng me and i feel like i got socked in the stomach by some dude who lifts one to many weights when he goes to the Y

And for you, try resting if you can. It's hard when you're sick, but it'll help. which means GET OFF THE INTERNET AND GET SOME BLOODY SLEEP! D<
