Should the Infestor receive Siphon Life ability back?

    In many games that i have seen (Livestream, Friends, .....) And when i have tested the beta by friends i have played random. Every time i was a Zerg. I tried much tactics with the infestor, but i thik it need his Siphon Life ability back (its not OP). In situations when you raid enemy expansions , make Fungal Growth or Terran Infestation its good to support with a small damage + fast energy gain.
    How you think ?

    I think they should recieve some kind of buff, I dont see them ge often into play.
    Some players use them to mc Thors, but they die pretty quickly due to focus fire.

    I think this unit is pretty lackluster, but maybe you can enlighten me with something aber out them.

    Are you talking about the old Defiler's consume ability?

    In any case something needs to change with the Infestor. Mind control is great, Fungal is fun too, but Infested Terran is just the dumbest thing I've ever seen.

    Then need to bring back the ability to infest the command center and build the infested from there.

    Nearly every z match iv seen has involved infestors at some point. They could do with some type of upgrade but whether siphon life is the rite one is debateable.

    Yeah, not really sure why'd I'd waste energy on that other than a desperate attempt to stave off air for a few or gimmicky moves like worker harrassment or cliff scaling for harrassment....neither of which I'm sure is worth risking them getting detection there before you get your infestor(s) out.

    I'd like to see the infested terrans lose their duration timer and just be permanent. Without an energy regeneration ability that should be something easy to balance. If necessary they could up the energy cost slightly.
