(For those who dunno who he is....He's the singer from the popular band System of a Down, recently did a solo album)
I just got his new album today, and I think it's pretty good. It's very political, but sounds simply amazing.

Here's a vid for one, so you can see how it sounds.
*CAUTION: STRONG POLITICAL CONTENT. Don't complain to me about the messages in this video if you watch it, cause you chose to click play*

Interesting video. I usually dislike things that are about the towers, but this seems okay. I see what you meant by the political warning though, it does go into it pretty deep.

Yeah.....This guy has a very political history. He's a refugee of the Forgotten Genocide....That right there is a huge thing.

Seriously though, if anyone needs the video explained to them....Read the newspaper.

I can't imaging who would need explaining, except for those who don't live in the US. If you read the paper or saw news in the last few years, you couldn't miss articles about this.

In 2001, the crashes where on the news only every other day or so.

Oh well....still a good song. Interesting idea to use a preschool or kindergarden setting for it.

I honestly will never figure out why people get pissed off about the twin towers incident, (even if eon wasn't even pissed off it reminds me of others) I can understand if you have friends and family that were killed or had their life traumatically altered in the attack.

Maybe its because it forces them to think about how terrifying the concept of the Twin Towers is, along with thinking of other things that deal with current world situations.

Or at least me, with the other things part, my brain can connect things barley related by the tinyest link of random facts.

I think its called ADD :p

And they said to never forget 9/11 and that's exactly what people try to do when they protest/hate on anything towers related in the media.

Whenever you see it, its a chance to grieve not a chance to berate others (no one on this forum has)

The thing that scared me about the attacks was that my dad was working at the Pentagon when the plane hit. I learned about it during my science class in 7th grade, and was scared to death until I got home a few hours later, and my mom told me he was on his way home. I seriously believe I was never so relieved in my life.

I sympathize with those who lost loved ones in the attacks because I know what it was like to not know if they had survived, but I can't imagine the pain they went through when they realized that they were never going to see them again.

Rubbish, same stuff as SOAD and they haven't produced a decent album since toxicity.

I just love his voice XD

One of the biggest reasons I listen to SOAD.

I prefer honest. I dislike the newer work of SoaD, so I dislike this, because they isn't really any difference. Don't see what it has to do with 'cheerfull'.

I don't see the connection between the fact that I don't like the newer work + that this sounds the same as the the newer work of SoaD and his vocal skills. You're comment is kinda misplaced, but it must be me...

I personally like this song. The video is a bit political; but the song is pretty good to listen to.

Every thing that has to do with SoaD has a political load. Personally I like the way they tried to convince people about the armenian genocide. It's a shame that the last few albums it changed to the standard anti bush talks. Not that I agree with Mr. Bush, but I had the idea that they really had a voice against the Armenian Genocide, now they are just another band with anti Bush lyrics.

Not so much anti-Bush really....More like the whole administration. Honking Antelope (I think it's that one) has some pretty nifty lyrics

Yeah....It's cause their stuff about the Forgotten Genocide didn't do too much....So, they've moved on to another cause.
