I will be selling Simple Machine Forums to people. They are cheap, all you have to do is find a good host and something to pay/give me.

This is nothing official, i'm just bored lately.

    Example: http://www.runejava.net/forum

No, you need a database capable server.

Technically you could run it from your home computer, but you'll still need to buy a DNS server.

It redirects a web address (domain name) to the IP address of your server, rather than to a hosting site's server.

    Hey man,

Just wanted to let you guys know in an opportunity on this thread that there's a web host run by a friend of mine who is a huge SC2 fan.

It's like $2.50 a month for a "tiny" account and $5 a month for a small account. 100% Uptime, it's never down, and I personally use it. Check 'em out:

    www.livewirehosting.net

It's actually rather fun. And it will address your needs for what you need.

If you want to benefit me a little (I get credits off my monthly fee if you do) just put my domain as the referrer:

    pediatrictherapyworks.com

You could always use www.110mb.com as a great host. They have minimum downtime for New Boxs.

Mine never goes down when i look at it.

The only problem is you need to pay a minimum of 5$ to get access to MySQL Databases ( Which you will need for this forum. ) But once you pay the 5$, you get a maximum of 999 Databases, which is a lot.

Consider i have had my website for around 8 Months, i have only used 2 Databases.

Yes but livewirehosting is affiliated with this forum....

    Using them indirectly helps us.
