Search engines

I use Google and sometimes Yahoo for mail.
Which search engine do you use?

I use google because I have GMail and it makes a great gomepage

 

I use Google cause that's Firefox's default.


I'm lazy like that.

 

I use google for the same reason Fenix does. Sometimes yahoo but only to search for a particular mail.

 

I use google, 'cause it's google, duh. I also have gmail but my homepage is about:blank, "loads" fastest and I rarely start surfing from actually searching for something (and there's that google box in FF's toolbar shoul I need to)

 

Of course, google. But where's Windows Live Search? In future we all will use internet from Google, Google OS, wear Google shirts and drink from Google cups.

I use Google because its the most tasteful, has the least ads (also consequently because it has the highest usage) and the other ones suck.

Literally, if you type the same search on different search engines, they all borrow from Google's search but are never as comprehensive.

I hate monopolies, but when everyone else sucks and it's free...

Yeah, google rules the world It is really the best engine and now it even has a video search too

 

i use dogpile because it rolls google, ask.com, MSN, and yahoo into one

Yahoo isn't obsolete. Thats because it now IS google. Yes most search engines are now actually just google mirrors and use Googles database

 

Who has ever used Dogpile for thier searches?

I've used it a few times, and it seems to be better than google since it finds more sites. However, I prefer google since it is more popular and can usually find more information than I need.

 

Well I don't have problem on google, it usually finds as many sites as I could never browse over.. Like 100000 That is enough for me, no need for more..

 

Actually I don't think Google, or any other search engine is good enough...I mean, instead of words, a good search engine should find actually related articles, and not random, worthless info.

I use google because I use gmail and google is already there in opera. (however it's easily customisable but I'm happy with it..)
