hey guys , i didnt see any posts like this anywhere on the page so this is my problem: i fully downloaded and installed SC2 from the blizzard store and i was really excited to play it but whenever i started it up its just a black screen for about 5 minetes, then the SC2 mouse pops up. i waited about 15 minutes for anything else to happen but with no luck. i called blizzard customer support and he said that my computer should be able to play it . anyway i uninstalled it and im redownloading at the moment to see if there was just something wrong with the original download. can anyone tell me anyway to help this please, i really need to play this game. thanks in advance
