    Try this
    1 uninstall the game2
2 reinstall the game but when it asks for full typical or minimum or whatever it says click full.
    3 try playing again
If that dont work try calling blizzard tech suport

    It's a hidden folder.

The easiest way to access it is to open up Run (Windows key+R) then type in "%ProgramData%", without the quotes.

Likely it will delete your local info, like resolution settings, graphics level, saved passwords, downloaded maps, etc

First off, I need a Dxdiag. You can find instructions here on that.

That's... weird. There's no make or model?

And you left off your graphics card details.

Read the instructions again, it says to put it in a .zip file and upload that.

Your computer seems to be set in Korean... I don't know if that would cause the problem.

Aside from that, I'm really not sure. Sorry.
