Hi, I have installed SC2 on a network drive. My local disk is full at the moment. Everytime I try to run the game, it goes through the process of updating the game (it installs patch 1.0.1 and 1.0.2) and then the update screen just vanishes/crashes. Every time I try to restart SC2, it goes through the process of installing the 1.0.1 patch. Sometimes it gets to installing 1.0.2 before crashing, but sometimes it just closes while installing 1.0.1. Does the drive you installed to have write access for only the administrator? Try making sure the write access is completely open and see if that fixes it. That's probably why the patch is applying over and over and it's not actually applying.
