    Hello dear techsupport,

I have been playing SC2 single and multiplayer for about a month now and only just now did it start crashing my computer. The screen messes up (lines on the screen) and then my pc wont react to anything. There have been variations of how it crashed, i seen a blue screen and sometimes it just goes black.

If i look at the error it says "e_gfxErrorOutofMemory"

So i thought it was my videocard but the nvidia site tells me with their 'driver-check' that the latest drivers are installed, and i have enough memory on my PC! (i don't know anything about tech)

Added a diag if that helps, i read somewhere that updating BIOS might work?

First, off, I would indeed flash the newest BIOS for your P5K Pro. So many issues have been addressed that its not even funny.

After that, I would install Windows 7 64-bit. You should be able to do this easily, just use the 64-bit installation disc. As things are right now, you are missing out on 3/4s a GB of RAM because of 32-bit limitations.

You are missing your Realtek sound driver. It simply isn't installed.

Same goes for your Intel chipset drivers, not installed.

Your G35 audio drivers aren't installed either.

I'm not really going to bother with many of the drivers for now... there are a lot you could install, but I would install Windows 64-bit first before moving on. I think 64-bit will be much more stable.. after a BIOS update!
