Hi, I installed SC2 for the first time today. Everything seemed to go fine including the updates. However, when I put in my e-mail at the login screen and hit connect, the game just crashes to the desktop. No error messages or anything. I ran virus scans, defragged, cleaned up my computer a good bit. I also tried reinstalling but had the same problem. I also tried running the repair tool but nothing ever happened. I'm not sure what else I can do so any help would be great! Thanks! Dxdiag txt is attached.
Post your launcher.log too (C:\Program Files (x86)\StarCraft II\Logs), feel free to include all of the logs.. never know what digging I might need to do. Also, at the log-in scene, what version in the lower right is shown?
Hey thanks for the reply! I ended up reinstalling one more time before I saw your post. I installed it to a different folder this time and surprisingly it worked. I've been playing fine all day. Thanks anyways for the help!
