There's an inconsistency with viewing the images. One of them looks completely different to the full-sized one. Snippet: Full-sized:
The only difference to me is the color shade/contrast other than that it looks the same and it could be do to the different sizes of the images as well. About his bio though, I think they didn't add much interesting information or anything because they don't want to spoil anything or save the story for the actual game itself.
They are a bit more different than that actually. I didn't notice it at first, but the second Zeratul doesn't have that mask (what's it called? I am drawing a blank...).
They definitely are different images. The shading, highlights, colour and detail are much more vivid in the snippet, though that could be to do with the brightness and contrast done afterwards, but then there's his mask. I dunno what it's called either. If they can be bothered to correct it, my money's on them changing the full-sized image rather than the snippet. In almost everything we've seen of Zeratul, he's always had that mask.
Oh, I did not notice that until you mentioned it, so they are obviously two different images. Perhaps they did to preserve the quality of the art since when you enlarge or shrink down images it can pixelate them. I have no other ideas on why they would do that than that but who knows with Blizzard.
