saw 4 killed it....it really sucked...-_- cuz like...jigsaw (the person who sets the traps n stuff) was killed in saw 3. so i dno y they continue making saw 4...its just dumb...they should have just left it at saw 3, to make it a triology.
Well they left room for future Saw movies, wasnt bad, but kinda predictable, and not a complexly plotted. I think they can do a better job, but wasnt THAT bad, it was ok imo. I want to see American Gangster though
I never got how anyone can be so fascinated by fake violence and gore enough to have 4 saw movies made and things like Hostel
I've heard that there are six Saw movies planned... Anyway, I saw IV. It was pretty good, much better than 3. But it's also very confusing, and I'm pretty sure there was a mistake in the scripting. Either that or I'm stupid and missed some major connection. It's all designed so that III and IV happen "simultaneously" but that doesn't make any sense as Jigsaw is dead at the beginning of IV.... Watch it and see what I mean.
I agree with BoP....I mean, I watch spy movies a lot, so I can understand a torture scene and all....But a whole movie?
But you must understand that the purpose of this movie is to be gory. It's not supposed to be "scary," it exists only to be gory. There are movies that exist solely to be sick and disgusting, like the remake of "The Hills Have Eyes." That movie is retarded. But Saw exists solely for the premise of being a "twist and turn" plot and for the gore. Not exactly a murder mystery or anything. Just keeps you wondering and scares you in the things that can be done to the human body.
Well, I personally loved saw 4. Why? It had everything I wanted and more. I can't wait for Saw 5 haha. Best IMO. 1 Being my second favorite. 2 was meh, good idea, bad job carrying it out. 3 was getting there, its more of a prelude to saw 4
Agreed The surgery programs on Discovery health should contain sufficient blood to satiate your thirst for that kind of stuff. Watch long enough and I am sure they will do an amputation or two as well

The Saw wasn't scary but it was gore and thrilling, i liked Saw I its very good but i have not seen the others. By the way, the main d00d in Saw I acts/looks a bit like James Sunderland from Silent Hill 2
