So my brother googled my starcraft 2 character name for reasons known only to him, and found another dude with the same name. I then googled, and found a third person with the same name. Anyone know what's going on? Is it okay if we're in different regions? This pisses me off for some reason.
Names aren't exclusive like they were in SC:BW. As far as I know any number of people can have the same screen name, though the chances are you'll probably never encounter them while playing a game, so I don't see the problem.
There can be 999 different Zods. You'll all have different friend codes. In terms of replays, there's no way to know if a replay is the "real deal" or a faker. This is due to ... wait for it... a poor design choice which makes names non-unique.
