I get this error message when I try to que for a random 4v4 game... Today is the first day I have received this error or had any problem with playing online...
I am unable to play any custom or co operative or any quick match game right now. Single player is the only choice. Something is wrong with their servers, if you notice only 30,000 people are online battle.net right now.
I noticed this too and contacted Karune the community manager for sc2 he told me they were working on the fix and it should be back up now.
