I added rumor to the threads title to avoid giving any oof our members hard attacks.

Anyways its either a prank/joke or bait to get poeple to go to the posters site (I think Lipton said the same thing as well), the chances that, that is real is somewhere south of .000000000000001%.

Not even. Anyone could slap this together in their basement. As you may or may not know, we're in close contact with a few Blizz folks, who like to keep an eye on these forums. We've received no such press release, and as such, I label it false.

 

It's fake. For one, Blizzard has already discussed the SC contra WoW topic before starting SC2 development. Secondly, the letter is full of flaws and is poorly composed.

 

Its fake. There are a number of things wrong with that little topic:

Lol dumbass missed out a whole word, that word being member.

Also the whole tone of the letter was not very formal.

 

Stunt to get a lot of hits on his site. A lot of tards do stuff like this to get the attention.

I only read the first opst (Im in hurry), but im 100 % sure this is a joke. Blizzard are great in doing jokes, nearly better then games.

 

Of course this is a joke, and a bad one too.

Just look at this:

To earn that money, they would have to sell 90,000,000 / 60 = 1,500,000 copies of the game in a year. My expectations are that they will AT LEAST sell 3 times as much as that. Also, b.net has advertising in it, so they make money out of that too. So if there is one thing that proves this is fake, it is this. They would never publish stuff about money anyways.

Come on Blizzard, if you make a joke, then make a good one.

 

I think this is just a "before the real one" joke! There will come a mutch better at the 1 April, Im sure.

I don't think this is a Blizzard joke, guys. This is someone being retarded.

 

Maybe its a hint that Blizzard wants to have a battle.net fee. They know we wont like that, so they started it a bit like a joke...Im just guessing.
