    I know a lot of people don't like UMS. But I am just wondering if anyone here ever tried this and if they still rp at all on SC?

    I can't stand wc3. It just doesn't feel starcrafty enough to fill that blank spot when I give up time to play it over starcraft.

    Honestly, i think SC just doesn't cut it for RPG's. No XP, no items, no skill levels. What sort of RPG is that? Whereas WC3 has all of those things and more. Such as larger maps and a bigger variety of units to fight.

    WC3 would win in the RPG section but starcraft has a flare for role playing

    RPGs are better in WC3, but SC RPGs are just more enjoyable, seeing what people can accomplish with the simplest triggers and lack of many features.

    RPs are not RPGs though...
    RPs are like create your own story. I'd rather stick to plain-and-simple D&D.

    WC3 = DotA
