Ah yes the NES and SNES. Good systems those. Super Mario World FTW I miss my Nintendos I mourn their loss I don't doubt they sell more PS2s than PS3s. The PS2 was a good system and doesn't take up as much as the competetor's bricks. Alas I would still play PS2 games if mine handn't broke after waranty. One thing I find strange about it though is the fact that the newer slimmer version has LESS featiures than the older larger one. Usually they add more crap to consoles when they release new versions
I remember having NES at my grandparents. I played zelda all day long Got so into it that I started hallucinating. Then i remember having the SNES , playing Super Mario World... But hey! Although I don't own any of these consoles that doesn't stop me from playing Just run to your nearest supermarket and by a cheap PC - USB controller. After that download an emulator http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/nes/virtuanes.html .. Plug in the controller, download some free NES roms (use google) and play them using your controller (assuming you have changed the controlls in "options"). You can also download other various emulators for SNES,N64, and even nintendo DS, but for some you need to have a controller with analog sticks, that cost a lot more..
That is indeed a really old model Fenix. Does everything still work properly? The oldest console I have is a nintendo 64. That's nothing. But I bet I am the only one who still owns a commodore 64! That's what I call an awesome piece of technologie!
wow, I feel like a noob, my oldest system is the game cube... I've never played anything older than the N64, and that was at a friend's house.
Yep, everything works perfect. I must admit, having a job at the Shack helped in that aspect. And I never owed a C64, but I've got a Quantex
I have never heard of that before. Perhaps I should google it sometimes. (omg, google is becoming a verb...) But why isn't that illigal stuff that lobsterlegs posted removed yet? I thought that those things were not allowed here?
It IS verb already. I only had some fake NES on my own, but my cousins had c64 for a while and NES (called pegasus here, but I'm pretty sure it said Nintendo Enternaiment System on the box). Contra FTW! EDIT: ZOMG http://www.nescapades.com/gameroom.htm
Dang, that is a ton of games and systems. Who has the money to buy all those, that has to be at least tens of thousands of dollars at least.
ahh... the oldest console i played was the nes at a friends house. The oldest console i ever played and owned was the ps1 though... good memories.
