Retail, fully updated but buttons are greyed out.

Hey guys, I'm having a bit of trouble here. I bought this game for multiplayer only. Installed the game, set up and verified my battle.net account, and updated. I went into starcraft, can only play challenges and campaign. The multiplayer and vs AI "create game" 's are all greyed out. I can choose to join a game, but upon selecting any game on the list, the "join" button is greyed out. Am I doing something wrong here? Can anyone help me out plz ?

 

That's a new one on me... I have no clue. T_T

 

ahh do you mean..3v3 and 4vs4 is out...or some of it..in multiplayer??

if so...do you see..that unranked practice games below...the 50 unranked games..you may choose to skip tat to activate ranked games..or you can do it...for atleast 30 times..or may be you can get something if you finish it..hehe..but yeah its coz of that..im sure..
