wow thx admin never seen this before. It looks stunning. Love the detail and the expression on the marine, its so fitting.
Man thats an awesome wallpaper in everyway (sets it to background) And yeah thoose claw scratches makes him look like a veteran (he probably is one too)
I think the gun is pretty damn nice for this wallpaper... What did you expected? A shield also like in SC2? From my point of view all those extra big guns/shields are a little bit overrated... I mean the new guns look like small cannons to me. I prefer the old fashion guns
dont get me wrong i love everything about the wallpaper. its on my desktop now. =p its just that im lovin the new terran marine more. looks more "high tech". and i prefer the new guns. looks more badass. 8) anyway its not sc2, its concept is from broodwar, battle of augustgard.
Awesome, it's great for a wallpaper the details and the background are amazing especially the marine close-up
Wow! Great work! I'll set it to background now! :good: EDIT: http://www.slight-shift.com/ Great site!
Wow this is amazing! look at the logo too! looks so much better than the other starcraft2 logo with more detail. "less is more!"
Hey everyone. I just wanted to thank your administrator, and thank all of you for your kind remarks, I'm happy you like it! I wish I had more free time to make more of these David dragusinb - let's see if you can make it out. If not I'll considering telling you...
Hey Dave, looking at your work for snowball/vfx did you use fusion or AE for compositing? that rooster looks awesome, did you work on the rig too? Your site looks and feels great too man, really nice work and thanks for that great wallpaper. also, i took a piece of the shoulder and highlighted/darkened some areas to see the text for fun if thats ok http://www.loresfx.com/work/1augustgrad_s.jpg
"Took the Bastard Apart Limb by Limb" Thanks for the zoom in loresfx . @ Dave , VERY nice wallpaper. It will adorn my collection of changing wallpapers with a weight of 8 (it's going to be on there a lot). Thanks!
Thanks man. We used AE for the simpler compositing tasks and fusion for the larger and more complicated ones. I don't do much rigging here, I do shading, lighting and rendering - and guide composites. Joneagle_X got it right
