Considering that we're still not even close to a final version, I'd be shocked if all three races were playable at BlizzCon. And, building off Alukard's point, any more than 8 players would be unnecessary. The lag would be a problem, but you also have the potential for a masterful online cluster****. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't want to be in a game with 11 other players.

Haha 12 people would make for an interesting game. Imagine some of the UMS maps. That would make it kool, but i agree it probably woul lag the system. what about a zeroclutter map??? haha.

haha thatll be too much in my opinion

leave that to the engineering bay or whatever building they come up with for upgrades in infantry armor and attack.

I wont bitch about the marine shield. It is good that we can up the jimmy rines by adding shield. I wish they could further have a "Defense" mode to block frontal attacks (with consequences such as walk slower...)

I have yet to see medics in sc2... is the shield an alternative to medics (meaning replacing medics with marines?!)

hp is just an estimation of the amount of damage it takes to kill the unit, so having a sheild would mean you need more damage to kill it...

With the spell casters, I think they should just leave it the way it is. ie all the ghost selected will cast their lock down spell on the one unit. If the player does not want this to happen then the player should select the right amount of casters to perform the spell. This is what tests a player's microing abilities.

i think having some smart spells is a good idea, strategy games are supposed to be about the strategic choices you make rather than your ability to click on units. anything that makes things faster and frees up more time is a good thing
