ok I have the choppy problem too except I have a bran new custom build computer. 6 core AMD 1090t 3.2ghz, 4870 HD ati raedeon 750mhz clock 1gb GDDR5 900mhz, 8gb 1600mhz GSkill ram Win7 64bit. in game proessor cores barely flinch game runs just fine. rame is less that 50%. graphics card activity stays under 50% everything is nice and cool. but after some time (as more units are built I presume) game gets SOOOOOOO CHOPPY! but al processor and gcard processors stay low usage??? I get in game lower yous stats warnings??? ok I do that. still terrible. WTF!?!?!

Please post a dxdiag of your system, that will give me alot more information to go on.

To run dxdiag=> Windows_logo_key+r, dxdiag. If you have 64-bit windows, click the button at the button that says "Run 64-bit DxDiag," Then save all the data by clicking "Save All Information..." zip/rar the text file and attach it to the post. Instructions on how to zip here. To create a rar file, first download and install winRAR then read this guide here.
