So I'm curious if anyone is running a Radeon 4670 1GB card on 1920x1080 and what the effects on performance are.. I realize that CPU performance will play a big role, and I have a pretty competent CPU, so I'm curious if anyone is running 1920x1080 on their 4670 1GB and what settings they are running on.. Currently, I am running mine on 1280x720 on High settings getting anywhere from about 40-67FPS depending on whats going on in the game.. I have an AMD Phenom II X3 overclocked to 3.6GHz on 2GB of DDR2 904MHz (up from 800 when overclocked)..
I have no clue what that graphics card would do at that resolution. I'm wondering if this thread might be better in Computers and Tech to get advice... I only wrote the nVidia guide on this site because I had the hardware to test it on. :/
lol, i know, that would seem logical.. I'm only asking because the current samsung DLP TV im using does not support those resolutions. I was in the market to buy an actual computer monitor, because the definition is not so great, its only 720p on this TV... Was looking at some monitors and considering if I should just buy a new video card as well, although i'd like to keep the 4670 I have...
